Last night, I had the pleasure of dining in the heart of Catania with a good friend, and I must say, it was an evening to remember. We decided to indulge in the local flavors and opted for a gourmet seafood experience at a renowned restaurant in the city center called « Filo d’esca ». The vibrant atmosphere of Catania set the perfect stage for a culinary adventure that highlighted the best of Sicilian seafood.

We started our meal with a selection of mixed appetizers, each bite a delightful introduction to the rich and diverse flavors of the sea.
